is it a plague doctor chasing pirates? or a plague doctor leading a pirate crew? that sounds like a funny story :)

he is part of the crew, he had been captured and imprisoned on a ship to be sold as a slave. Fwinth and the rest of the pirates were part of the crew of the ship on which the doctor was a prisoner. One day, tired of the mistreatment suffered by Captain Fwinth and some sailors decided to ally with the prisoners and mutiny. During the fighting that followed, many lost their lives including the old captain, but also many prisoners, the doctor is one of the survivors and is now one of the men Fwinth relies on most
